Andrea graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, where she laid the educational foundation for her legal career. Post-graduation, she honed her skills at a small boutique firm before making significant contributions at Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, where she rose to the position of a partner.
Her commitment to advocacy extends beyond the courtroom, as Andrea is a passionate supporter of veterans and active-duty service members. Currently serving as the secretary on the board of the D.A.V. Charities of Central California, she exemplifies her dedication to those who have served our nation.

Zena M. Sin is a highly respected attorney and a newly appointed Partner at Chapman Law, P.C. With a robust background in civil litigation, Zena specializes in business, construction, municipal, and employment law. Her extensive experience in these areas has made her a formidable advocate for her clients and a key asset to the firm.
Zena began her legal career after earning her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California. Prior to her legal studies, she completed her undergraduate degree in social and behavioral science at Merced College in Merced, California. Shortly after her admission to the California State Bar, Zena joined the prestigious law firm Lang, Richert & Patch, where she honed her litigation skills and developed a keen interest in resolving complex legal disputes.
